Nasreen and Kent. These two gorgeous souls light up any room they walk into and Genya and I could see that from our very first meeting with them last October in a Moon Palace, the resort they’ve choose for their wedding venue. Now, almost one year after that meeting, I feel so happy to document their incredibly warm and beautiful wedding at Moon Palace. There were so many smiles, so much love, and so much positive vibes! And that Moment when these two saw each other for the first time, you could just tell that they were meant to be together. Here’s what the couple had to say about that day:
We met in the last place you would expect to meet the person you would spend the rest of your life with, in the club. We exchanged numbers and after a few weeks we had our first date. We quickly realized how much we had in common from our families to our shared interests and hobbies. It turned out to be the best first date that either of us have had. Kent actually told me at the end of the date that he knew we would be in each other’s lives forever. Strangely enough, that didn’t scare me away. Ever since then we’ve have spent only 3 weeks apart in the 6 years we have been together. Kent knew right away I was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with and I felt the same.
What made you choose a destination wedding in Mexico? We wanted an intimate wedding and an opportunity to spend more than one night with out friends and family. Plus its Cancun, why not!?
How was your overall experience? We had a great experience overall, we loved spending time with our family and friends the entire week leading up to the wedding. It made our wedding day that much more special. We both agree that our favorite moment was meeting eyes at the beginning of the ceremony. It was as if everyone and everything around us didn’t exist.
Congratulations Nasreen and Kent, thank you so much for letting us document your very special day!
